Through a single app, users can access on-demand repairs, AMC subscriptions, property management, and asset tracking. ZepNest is launching operations in Chennai and is actively seeking team members and partners.
Role Description
The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of home services in Chennai. This full-time, on-site role includes assisting with partner coordination, tracking service requests, and monitoring job progress through internal tools. The intern will help streamline workflows, maintain accurate records, and support property management and asset tracking processes. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing operational reports, and communicating with partners and customers as needed to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track operational performance, and support process improvements.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, partners, and customers.
Pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities from start to finish.
