📍 Location: (Sector 2) Noida, Uttar Pradesh
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
🏢 Preferred Experience: Real Estate / Coworking / Commercial Leasing
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

🔹 About the Role
Click Office is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Real Estate, Coworking Space, Commercial Leasing, Property Sales, or related B2B sales.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through calls, references, online platforms & networking
• Handle inquiries for coworking spaces, private offices and virtual offices
• Conduct property/office site visits and client meetings
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/lead records
🔹 Requirements
✅ 6 Months – 2 Years of sales/business development experience
✅ Experience in Real Estate / Coworking / Commercial Property preferred
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Confident, presentable and target-oriented
✅ Good knowledge of Noida/Delhi NCR commercial real estate is a plus
✅ Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
