Role Description The Sales Manager role at Cliniceo.app is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, demonstrate product features, and provide consultations tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, tracking sales performance metrics, and providing feedback on customer requirements. The Sales Manager will maintain long-term client relationships, support onboarding in coordination with the implementation team, and represent Cliniceo.app at industry events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiation.
Experience in account management and customer relationship management, with a focus on retention and upselling.
Familiarity with healthcare, aesthetic practices, or SaaS-based clinic management solutions is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, accessible language.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office productivity software to manage pipelines and reporting.
Proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a sales leadership or territory management role is preferred.
