Do you have experience in Tele Fundraising and the confidence to build and lead a successful team?
Life Care Welfare Trust is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional who can take ownership, achieve personal fundraising goals, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
We are searching for someone who doesn't just manage a team but helps create one. Someone who understands donor communication, fundraising strategies, follow-ups, conversions, and knows how to motivate people to achieve targets.
What we're looking for:
🔹 Strong experience in Tele Fundraising
🔹 Ability to build, train, and lead a fundraising team
🔹 Capability to achieve individual targets while driving team performance
🔹 Excellent communication and donor engagement skills
🔹 Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
🔹 Experience in the NGO sector will be an added advantage
We are also interested in connecting with experienced Tele Fundraisers who have a proven track record and are looking for the next step in their career.
