Role Description The Operations and Finance Head role at Enertics Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. The role involves overseeing daily financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis of financial statements to support strategic decision-making. The Operations and Finance Head will manage operational workflows, optimize processes, and ensure that financial and operational policies are aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring key performance indicators, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the leadership team with accurate and timely financial insights. The role also includes developing and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning, including monitoring expenditures and forecasting.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
Experience in operations management, process optimization, and performance measurement.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within technology or industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
Comfort with using analytics tools, ERP or financial systems; familiarity with performance management platforms is a plus.
