Role Description The AI Automations Expert role at SuriAgen is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven automation workflows to optimize business processes and system performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, configuring and testing automated solutions, and documenting technical setups and procedures. The expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement automation strategies, and ensure solutions meet quality and reliability standards. The role also includes ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting of automation issues, and iterating on solutions based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience designing and implementing end-to-end automated workflows.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting, including diagnosing automation failures, resolving technical issues, and optimizing system performance.
Ability to design and execute Test Cases, ensuring comprehensive validation of automated processes and system behavior.
Experience with Quality Assurance practices, including verification of automation outputs and adherence to standards and best practices.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, and hands-on experience with common automation or orchestration tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical automation requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
