About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our Business Development team. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in the dynamic world of digital marketing, working across Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
 Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
 Connect with brands and potential clients to understand their marketing requirements.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
 Present and pitch relevant digital marketing solutions based on client requirements.
 Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing proposals.
 Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
 Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially in affiliate and influencer marketing.
 Achieve business development and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Sales
 Graduate from a 3–4 year full-time degree program.
 Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Digital Marketing.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
 Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
 Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
 Good understanding of MS Office and basic digital platforms.
