Role Description :
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Home (with occasional in-person meetings/work as required)
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 1–3 years preferred, freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply
About the Role: The role will primarily involve educational and learning-focused content, but may also include AI-related course videos, social media content, promotional videos, and other digital video content.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with or are comfortable learning AI-generated/AI-assisted video creation and editing.
Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, social media and other platforms
Edit educational and course-based videos while maintaining clarity, engagement and good pacing
Work on AI-related course videos and AI-assisted/generated video content
Create Shorts/Reels/clips from longer videos
Add captions, graphics, animations, transitions, B-roll and other visual elements
Perform basic colour correction, audio enhancement and video cleanup
Use creative editing techniques to make content engaging and visually appealing
Work with AI-generated visuals, footage or other AI-assisted content where required
Experiment with new AI tools and workflows that can improve video production
Understand the objective of each video and adapt the editing style accordingly
Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines
Maintain organized project files, assets and reusable editing templates
Take ownership of assigned projects from raw content to final output
🔎 What We're Looking For
Good command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or similar editing software
Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, sound and visual storytelling
Ability to edit both long-form and short-form content
Experience or interest in working with AI-generated / AI-assisted video content
Familiarity with AI video generation/editing tools is a strong advantage
Good understanding of how to make educational content engaging without unnecessary over-editing
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand creative requirements and implement feedback quickly
Good communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working remotely
Willingness to experiment with new tools and editing techniques
A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Compensation will depend on experience, skill level and portfolio quality.
