Key Responsibilities
HSEQ Coordination & Site Support
Coordinate with HSE Managers, HSE Officers and site teams across all projects/sites to collect and consolidate HSE data.
Ensure timely submission of monthly, weekly and periodic HSE reports from all sites.
Follow up with site teams for missing, incomplete or delayed HSE information.
Monitor site HSE performance indicators and highlight significant gaps, trends and areas requiring management attention.
Support the Corporate HSEQ team in implementing and maintaining consistent HSE reporting standards across all sites.
Coordinate HSE meetings, reporting requirements, action trackers and follow-up activities.
HSE Management System & Documentation
Maintain and control HSEQ Management System documents, procedures, forms, registers, records and templates.
Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, approval, distribution and archiving.
Maintain HSE records and evidence required for internal and external audits.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of the organization's HSE/IMS Management System.
Ensure site-level HSE documentation is aligned with corporate requirements and applicable standards.
Maintain registers for HSE objectives, KPIs, inspections, audits, incidents, corrective actions and other HSE performance indicators.
Data Analysis, Excel & Power BI
Develop and maintain comprehensive HSE dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Consolidate HSE data from multiple sites and prepare accurate management reports.
Analyze HSE trends, leading and lagging indicators, and identify areas of concern.
Prepare dashboards covering, as applicable:
HSE KPIs
Man-hours and workforce statistics
Incident and accident performance
Near-miss reporting
Safety observations
Inspections and audits
Corrective action closure
Training and competency
Environmental performance
Permit/critical activity compliance
Site-wise HSE performance
Present HSE performance through clear, professional and management-friendly dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all site submissions.
IMS Internal Auditing
Participate in and support Internal IMS Audits across sites and Head Office.
Plan, coordinate and document internal audit activities.
Prepare audit schedules, checklists, reports and corrective action trackers.
Follow up with responsible teams on audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
Support management review activities and continual improvement initiatives.
Management Reporting
Prepare monthly and periodic HSEQ reports for senior management.
Develop PowerPoint presentations for HSEQ review meetings and management reviews.
Identify trends, recurring issues and performance gaps and communicate them effectively to management.
Provide reliable and timely HSEQ information to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor's Degree / Graduate qualification from a recognized institution.
Engineering degree is preferred.
Relevant qualification/certification in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE).
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HSE Management System documentation, coordination, reporting and/or auditing.
Strong knowledge of HSE Management Systems and IMS requirements.
Qualified/Certified Internal IMS Auditor.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of HSE KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, data analysis and management reporting.
Preferred
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent HSE qualification.
Experience working with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Management Systems.
Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001.
Experience coordinating HSE performance across multiple project/site locations.
Experience in developing corporate HSE dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
Experience in construction, engineering, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing or similar project-based environments.
