Compensation
Salary: USD 1,300 – 1,500 per month
Approx. INR Equivalent: ₹1.14 – ₹1.32 Lakh per month*

Relocation: Candidate will be required to relocate from India to Liberia.
Mandatory Requirements
9–12 years of relevant experience in the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy / EPC industry.
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy and solar power projects.
Hands-on experience in Solar EPC / Project Execution / Project Management.
Experience with Grid-Tied Solar PV Power Plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Mini Grid and Micro Grid projects.
Strong understanding of project coordination, procurement, vendor management and contractors.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Liberia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize preliminary conceptual design layouts and electrical schematics for:
Grid-tied Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plants
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Mini Grid systems
Micro Grid systems
Other renewable energy projects
Coordinate effectively with the project execution team, technical teams and management to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage procurement of materials and services through:
Vendor quotations
Online bidding
Tendering processes
Commercial negotiations
Prepare and monitor project cash flow for effective project financial control and monitoring.
Support/finalize Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts with vendors and service providers.
Develop business relationships with vendors, contractors and other stakeholders to improve project execution and identify upcoming technologies and opportunities.
Support Business Development activities related to Solar, Renewable Energy and EPC projects.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, vendors and contractors to optimize project processes, cost and efficiency.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project planning, execution and monitoring.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced Solar / Renewable Energy professional from an EPC background with 9–12 years of experience who can independently handle solar project design coordination, execution, procurement, cash-flow monitoring, vendor/contractor management, O&M contracts and business development activities.
International relocation to Liberia is mandatory for this position.
