Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Okhla NSIC, New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and supporting the organization in building a strong and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and employee coordination activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR.
MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and hiring.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Good understanding of employer branding and recruitment practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR specialization will be preferred.
