Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
Design Excellence: Demonstrates creativity, innovation, and a strong eye for aesthetics, space planning, and design detailing.
Industry Knowledge: Well-versed with current design trends, materials, finishes, and industry best practices.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, site execution, and design feasibility.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying challenges and delivering practical, client-centric design solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Client Management: Proven ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Conflict Resolution: Skilled at handling objections, resolving concerns, and managing stakeholder expectations professionally.
