Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at GroGlobally is a remote internship designed to support the HR function in a dynamic digital marketing environment. In this role, the intern assists with day-to-day HR activities such as maintaining personnel records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping coordinate employee benefits and engagement initiatives. The intern may contribute to drafting and updating HR policies, compiling HR reports, and ensuring documentation is organized and compliant with internal guidelines. Collaboration with team members across departments is encouraged to understand workforce needs, support a positive employee experience, and contribute to HR-related projects. This internship offers exposure to HR operations in a modern, growth-driven agency setting and provides opportunities to learn, take initiative, and build practical HR skills.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience in a remote setting.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits and the ability to assist in documentation, communication, and basic administration.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records, supporting onboarding, and handling confidential information responsibly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document editors, communication platforms); HR software exposure is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in digital marketing or modern work environments and willingness to learn about HR in an agency context.
