This role offers exposure to Hiring, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Workplace Culture.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions and locations.
🔹 Source, screen, interview, and select the right candidates based on organizational requirements.
🔹 Manage hiring of Sales Professionals and other positions across multiple locations.
🔹 Effectively manage Job Portals, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines.
🔹 Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with management for final candidate selection.
🔹 Manage candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, joining, and onboarding formalities.

✔ Excellent and smart communication skills
✔ Confidence in interacting with candidates and employees
✔ Strong recruitment and candidate screening skills
✔ Experience in managing Job Portals
✔ Ability to conduct HR interviews independently
✔ Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and HR Compliance
✔ Strong coordination and follow-up skills
✔ Good employee engagement and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
✔ A proactive, responsible, and positive attitude
