Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support ongoing operational activities, incident management, and issue resolution related to the CyberArk PAM ecosystem.
Manage and maintain privilege identities lifecycle processes across enterprise environments, ensuring security, compliance, and service reliability.
Work on CyberArk vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, Conjur, CIM (CP) components and related workflows.
Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and REST APIs to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support privilege identity management solutions across various infrastructure platforms.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence within the secrets management domain.
Support team with on-call shifts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
5+ year experience in installation, configuration and administration of CyberArk components like Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and Conjur.
Should have exposure on performing DR activities.
Should have hands on work experience in DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins and Ansible.
Should be comfortable in programming languages like Python, Powershell, Jave (any one).
