Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Faridabad. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management, while ensuring adherence to company standards and operating procedures. The role includes monitoring sales targets, managing inventory and ordering, controlling costs, and maintaining high levels of food safety, cleanliness, and overall store hygiene. The Store Manager collaborates closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service, resolve customer concerns, and drive engagement with digital ordering and loyalty programs. This position also involves coaching and developing team members, supporting training initiatives, and implementing local marketing activities to grow the business.
Qualifications
Experience in retail or QSR store management, including team supervision and daily operations.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle escalations and ensure a positive in-store experience.
Proficiency in basic business metrics, inventory control, cash handling, and cost management.
Comfort with digital tools, POS systems, and app-based ordering environments.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to coach and motivate diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience with food service, quick-service restaurants, or multi-brand retail operations is an advantage.
