Role Description : We are looking for a Product Manager – Executive Education to conceptualize, design and evolve a differentiated portfolio of executive learning programmer across AI, Digital
Transformation, Leadership, Strategy and emerging business themes.
This is a product strategy + programme design role. The ideal candidate will combine
market intelligence, enterprise understanding and academic thinking to identify what

take them from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and benchmark executive education programmes across leading B-schools, universities, consulting firms and learning providers in India and globally.
Track corporate learning trends, emerging technologies, business challenges, programme demand and pricing to identify new product opportunities.
Conceptualise programmes based on identified market whitespace and enterprise capability gaps.
Define target audience, programme objectives, learning outcomes, curriculum architecture, sequencing, duration and delivery format.
Develop appropriate pedagogy including cases, simulations, projects, experiential learning, action learning and application-based assignments.
Create differentiated programme positioning, value propositions, USPs and pricing recommendations based on competitive analysis.
Particularly for AI programmes, translate rapidly evolving technology into business application, leadership, transformation and organisational capability rather than tool-based training alone.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are able to connect the dots between what enterprises need, what executives will value, what academia can credibly deliver and what the market will pay for. If you are excited by building executive education products at the intersection of business, technology, AI and human capability, we would like to hear from you. Apply to join us in building the next generation of Executive Education products.
