🚀 We’re Hiring – Full Stack Developer | Hyderabad
Paramaardha Technologies is looking for a Full Stack Developer who is also open to contributing to business operations and other startup activities when required.
We are building Paramaardha, a digital platform focused on Sanātana Dharma and spirituality, so we are looking for someone who connects with our mission and is interested in growing with an early-stage startup.
📍 Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office
💻 Role: Full Stack Development + involvement in business operations

🛠️ Tech Stack / Skills Required
Must Have:
• React + TypeScript + REST APIs — ability to understand, debug and fix existing code
• Node.js / Express, JWT, webhooks and async issue debugging
• PostgreSQL — joins, transactions, indexes, pg_dump and query-performance troubleshooting
• Linux VM — SSH, systemd, disk issues, nginx/Traefik, Docker restart and rollback
• Payment integrations such as Razorpay — signature verification, idempotent webhooks and refunds
• Strong production debugging skills — logs, 5xx errors, CORS, environment mismatch and staging-vs-production issues
Strongly Preferred:
• GCP — GCE, GCS, Cloud SQL, IAM and service accounts
• Socket.IO
• Sequelize
• Fee / tax / GST logic
• Basic application security — secrets, CORS, rate limits and webhook authenticity
Nice to Have:
• Cloud Run / Cloud Build
• Kubernetes
• Python exposure
• Strong problem-solving / DSA skills
