R&D Engineer

Role Description
Lead and contribute to R&D and product development projects.
Design, develop, and test new machine concepts and components.
Prepare and review 3D models, engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups.
Perform engineering analysis, research, prototype development, and laboratory testing.
Ensure designs meet international standards, quality, and performance requirements.
Collaborate closely with the R&D team in The Netherlands and other international teams.
Support product improvement, problem-solving, and innovation.
Guide and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design/R&D/product development.
Strong knowledge of CAD, engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and engineering analysis.
Experience in testing and prototype development.
SolidWorks experience is an advantage.
Experience working with an international organization is preferred.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
