Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 5+yrs of experience willing to work from Noida.

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
Experience in product development from scratch (startup experience is highly preferred).
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or leading a development team.
Strong knowledge of System Design and Scalable Architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
Minimum 1 year of experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Codeium, Vercel AI, or similar.
Strong expertise in REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build products from scratch, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor, manage, and guide a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and timely delivery.
Design scalable system architecture, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control using Git.
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS and/or Azure.
Leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
Conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
