🚀 We’re Hiring – Senior Software Engineer L1 - Shopify Developer
💼 Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Shopify theme development, customizations, and app/extension development. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, responsive, and performance-driven eCommerce solutions.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Shopify Liquid.
Build responsive and user-friendly storefronts following modern web standards.
Create and customize Shopify extensions to enhance store functionality.
Implement Shopify nested blocks and other Online Store 2.0 features.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert design mock-ups into pixel-perfect Shopify themes.
Optimize storefront performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and maintain coding best practices.
🔑 Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid.
Experience in Shopify theme development and customization.
Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with Shopify Online Store 2.0, including nested blocks.
Strong knowledge of React.js.
Experience in Shopify extension development.
Good understanding of responsive web design and responsive frameworks.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Familiarity with Shopify CLI, Git, and modern development workflows.
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with Tailwind CSS.
Knowledge of Alpine.js.
Understanding of eCommerce best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
🎯 Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in Shopify development.
Experience working on custom Shopify storefronts and enterprise-level eCommerce projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
