What You'll Build
Design and build AI-native products from 0 → 1.
Build and orchestrate multiple agentic AI systems across the business.
Create scalable backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and internal platforms.
Rapidly prototype, test, and ship products alongside the founders.
Own engineering architecture, technical standards, and platform scalability.
Use AI to automate business workflows—not just write code faster.
You're Probably a Great Fit If You...
Have 6–8 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups.
Have built and deployed multiple production-grade Agentic AI systems.
Have strong backend engineering fundamentals and love writing clean code.
Think like a product builder, not just an engineer.
Have a bias for shipping over debating.
Love solving messy business problems with elegant engineering.
Are comfortable working in ambiguity and building from first principles.
