Role Description The Incubation Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for supporting incubation programs across the Young Founders Lab and University Labs, including coordinating sessions, workshops, and mentoring engagements for student founders. The Incubation Associate will interact closely with founders to help refine business ideas, assist with market research, and track venture progress through structured program milestones. The role involves organizing events, managing communication between mentors, partners, and participants, and maintaining program documentation and reporting. The Incubation Associate will also contribute to outreach activities, help build partnerships with educational institutions and ecosystem stakeholders, and support internal initiatives that strengthen FoundersLab’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong program coordination and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to organize workshops, events, and mentoring sessions.
Business and startup understanding, with skills in basic market research, business model analysis, and go-to-market planning.
Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, mentors, institutional partners, and internal teams.
Organizational and analytical skills for tracking program outcomes, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field; a background in working with startups or campus programs is an advantage.
Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem building; prior experience in incubation centers or accelerator programs is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
