📢 WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING FREELANCER
Fundraising & Crowdfunding | Social Sector | Remote
Help Your Heroes is looking for a results-driven Marketing Freelancer with 4–6 years of experience to help accelerate our digital fundraising, donor acquisition, and crowdfunding initiatives.
If you have strong expertise in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, and digital fundraising, we’d love to hear from you!
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📊 Paid Media Campaigns
• Manage and scale CPC, CPL & CPS campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns and ad spend to maximize donations and ROI
🤝 Affiliate & Partner Marketing
• Build and manage affiliate/referral programs
• Develop partnerships with publishers, influencers, creators & digital networks
• Track conversions, payouts and ROI
🎯 Donor Acquisition & Growth
• Develop strategies to attract, engage and retain donors
• Expand donor pipelines through multi-channel outreach and partner ecosystems
📈 Analytics & Attribution
• Monitor donor acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rates and campaign ROI
• Manage tracking pixels, conversion tracking and attribution
• Provide data-driven insights to improve campaign performance
📱 Social Media Management
• Assist with social media posts, captions and basic graphics
• Schedule and publish content
• Maintain a content calendar
• Track engagement, reach and other relevant metrics
🔹 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 4–6 years of hands-on experience in paid media & performance marketing
✅ Proven experience in affiliate marketing and partner/referral programs
✅ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
✅ Experience with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, analytics & attribution
✅ Strong analytical and data-driven approach
✅ Experience in fundraising, crowdfunding, nonprofit or social-impact campaigns is preferred
