Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive sales growth, manage the team, and build strong customer relationships in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and overall performance.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and support team.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Monitor sales activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.
Coordinate with installation, technical, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare regular sales and branch performance reports.
Ensure company policies, processes, and service standards are followed.
Identify opportunities to expand the company's solar business in the assigned area.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
3+ years of experience in sales/branch management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related industry.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Target-oriented with a strong business-development mindset.
Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently.
