Investor Pitch Decks & Information Memorandums
Fund-Raising (Debt & Equity) Assignments
Mergers & Acquisitions Support
Industry & Market Research
Financial Analysis & Due Diligence
Business Strategy & Growth Consulting Projects
Preparation of Investment Notes and Deal Documentation
Who Should Apply?
BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CFA Pursuing, or Finance Enthusiasts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of Financial Statements and Corporate Finance concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Investment Banking and Consulting
