✔Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
✔Source, screen & shortlist candidates based on client requirements
✔Conduct candidate interactions and coordinate interviews
✔Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records using MS Excel
✔Build strong candidate relationships and provide career guidance
✔Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
✔Stay updated on talent market trends, hiring requirements & recruitment practices
🎓Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration or related field
📍Location: Vadodara
