Maintain location-wise inventory records for each retail partner.
Track stock dispatched, sold, returned, transferred and replenished at each location.
Coordinate regularly with hotel and retail teams for sales and inventory updates.
Conduct periodic stock reconciliations and coordinate physical stock audits.
Plan and execute stock transfers and replenishments between the warehouse and partner locations.
5. Inventory Analysis & Replenishment Planning
Analyse product and size-level sales performance across online and offline channels.
Identify fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
Monitor stock levels and ageing to identify potential inventory risks.
Recommend replenishment quantities based on sales history, current inventory, seasonality and expected demand.
Analyse performance of individual hotel and retail locations to recommend the appropriate product and size mix.
Support management with production planning and future inventory allocation.
Prepare actionable stock reports to improve sell-through and inventory turnover.
6. Website & Marketplace Management
Create, upload and maintain product listings across the brand website and third-party marketplaces.
Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory and images.
Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent across platforms.
Coordinate catalogue updates for new product launches, restocks, price changes and promotions.
