Key Responsibilities
The Chartered Accountant will be expected to:
Handle and review Income Tax compliance and advisory assignments
Manage tax audit and statutory audit engagements
Participate in internal audit and management audit assignments
Review financial statements, audit documentation and working papers
Assist clients in tax planning and regulatory matters
Work on project finance assignments, financial projections and funding-related documentation
Participate in business advisory and consulting engagements
Assist in ERP implementation, process review and strengthening of internal controls
Analyse financial and operational data and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate directly with clients, management teams, bankers and other stakeholders
Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple assignments
Supervise and guide article assistants and junior team members, wherever required
Research changes in taxation, accounting, auditing and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and professional deliverables
