About the Role
Veda Solar is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who has strong knowledge of the solar industry, especially solar module sales, and can lead business growth through strategic planning, client relationships, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, project sales, and team handling within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage sales team to achieve business targets
• Generate new business opportunities for solar modules and related products
• Develop strong relationships with EPC companies, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients
• Handle B2B and project-based sales activities
• Prepare sales strategies and market expansion plans
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, or Engineering
• Candidates from Electrical or Renewable Energy background will be preferred
Experience Required
• 4–8 years of experience in Solar Sales / Renewable Energy Sales
• Experience in team handling and sales leadership
• Strong experience in B2B or project sales
Skills Required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Knowledge of solar modules and renewable energy solutions
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Strong presentation and client management skills
