About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic BA/MA graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English to join our Content Team as a Content Editor Intern.
This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are passionate about language, writing, and educational content. The role offers hands-on exposure to professional content practices while working with an experienced team in the e-learning space.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and refining educational and e-learning content.
Identify and correct basic grammar, spelling, punctuation, and language errors.
Improve the clarity, readability, and flow of assigned content.
Work on course content, assessments, projects, and other learning materials under team guidance.
Follow established content guidelines, quality standards, and checklists.
Maintain consistency in language, terminology, tone, and formatting.
Incorporate feedback and make required content updates.
Work closely with Learning Designers, Program Managers, and other team members to support content development.
Contribute ideas and suggestions to make content clear, concise, and learner-friendly.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within defined timelines.
Build familiarity with professional content editing standards and e-learning practices through day-to-day work.
Desired Profile
BA / MA in English, Communication, Humanities, or a related discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of English, particularly US English.
Good understanding of grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and vocabulary.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
Good reading and comprehension skills.
Interest in content, writing, editing, and e-learning.
Open to feedback and comfortable working collaboratively with a team.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style is an added advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
