Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP FICO role based in Indore. The SAP FICO professional will be responsible for understanding client business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective SAP financial and controlling solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP FICO modules, managing master data, performing system testing, and supporting users with issue resolution and enhancements. The role involves consulting with stakeholders to optimize processes, preparing functional documentation, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The individual will also participate in implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements to help clients achieve better financial visibility and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process and Consulting skills to analyze requirements and propose effective SAP-based solutions.
Proficiency in SAP FICO, including core configuration, integration points, and financial/controlling workflows.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize process performance.
Experience managing Master Data related to finance and controlling modules in SAP.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, or rollout projects, preferably in multi-industry environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving client needs.
