Role Description The Senior Architect will lead architectural projects from concept through completion, managing design development, coordination, and technical documentation on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and 3D models; guiding junior team members; and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and site issues, support tender processes, and oversee construction administration. The Senior Architect will also contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and quality control to keep projects on schedule and within scope. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading complex projects.
Experience with Integration of systems and disciplines within building projects, and coordination among stakeholders.
Background in Software Development or familiarity with architectural design tools and platforms (e.g., CAD/BIM software).
Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Professional licensure/registration in architecture or eligibility to obtain it, as per local regulations.
Proficiency in design and documentation software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes in Pune District and surrounding regions.
Experience with sustainable design principles and an understanding of contemporary architectural practices.
