Position: Production Support Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Mumbai (Turbhe)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
30% Technical Support & 70% Customer Communication (Calls & Emails)
Good understanding of Web Services, APIs, and IP-based protocols
Knowledge of networking and firewall configurations
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
Understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other database systems
Experience with scripting languages (Perl/Shell)
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable providing customer support over calls
Linux experience is mandatory
SQL knowledge is mandatory
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Additional Information:
6 days working (2 weekly off)
