Role: Senior Associate- High School Program
We are looking for a proactive, execution-oriented person to take ownership of planning, operations, marketing, stakeholder management and on-ground delivery of Plaksha’s flagship High School Programs. The role requires someone who can independently drive projects, manage multiple stakeholders and build systems that enable programs to scale nationally.
Location: Plaksha University, Mohali
Reporting to: Director-Growth Enablement
Job Description
• Strategy & Planning
Own program planning, timelines, dashboards, processes and SOPs
Identify opportunities to improve program scale, quality and efficiency
• Program Operations
Drive end-to-end execution of flagship programs, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, student experience and real-time problem-solving
• Marketing & Communications
Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to plan campaigns, develop content and drive student participation across digital and non-digital channels
• Stakeholder Management
Coordinate effectively with faculty, students, parents, schools, vendors, internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery
• Data & Reporting
Track applications, conversions, engagement and program performance
Create regular reports and use data to inform decisions
• Process & System Building
Build repeatable workflows, documentation and systems that improve efficiency and enable High School Programs to scale
Who Are We Looking For?
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in program management, operations, marketing, education or a fast-paced execution-oriented role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
• Someone who enjoys hands-on execution and is willing to take ownership beyond a defined job description.
