Role Description
We are seeking a responsible and highly organized Security Supervisor / Security Coordinator / Security Operations Supervisor to support the effective coordination and supervision of security operations. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment, coordinating security personnel, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring that established security procedures are followed consistently.
The successful candidate will oversee daily security operations and coordinate team activities to ensure that assigned duties are completed effectively. Responsibilities include organizing work schedules, assigning responsibilities, monitoring attendance, reviewing operational coverage, and ensuring that security personnel are properly informed about relevant procedures and priorities.
The role involves monitoring security activities, identifying potential concerns, and responding appropriately to operational issues. The Security Supervisor will help ensure that incidents, unusual activities, and safety concerns are reported and managed according to established organizational procedures.
Key responsibilities include conducting routine operational checks, maintaining accurate security records, reviewing incident reports, and ensuring that relevant information is communicated to management and appropriate stakeholders.
