We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Handle Entry-level and Mid-level Non-IT hiring across multiple functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Build strong talent pipelines through talent mapping and market research.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely closures.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and pre-joining engagement.
• Manage critical and hard-to-close positions within defined TAT and SLA.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
✔️ Strong experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
✔️ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and sourcing platforms
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver results within timelines
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS
