AI Automation & Technical Content Specialist
Bengaluru, India | Work from Office
Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-Time
We’re looking for a technical, AI-focused professional to join our Marketing team and
build the systems and content workflows that help us scale.
This is a hands-on role working across AI, automation, engineering, product, and
marketing. You’ll understand what our teams are building, turn that knowledge into strong
technical content, and build AI-powered workflows to make marketing faster, smarter, and
more efficient.
What You’ll Do
• Build AI agents and automation workflows for marketing and content operations.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, integrations, and automation
platforms.
• Build workflows for research, content creation, editing, repurposing, SEO, and
distribution.
• Develop reusable prompts, agents, and systems to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to understand technical
concepts, features, and releases.
• Turn technical information into clear, accurate, and engaging content for
LinkedIn, blogs, websites, product communications, and campaigns.
• Use AI to improve the speed and quality of content production while maintaining
strong human review and editorial standards.
• Identify marketing processes that can be improved and build practical solutions to
automate them.
• Explore new AI models and tools and apply them where they can create real value.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of professional experience in software development, AI/automation,
technical content, product marketing, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow
automation.
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, build-first mindset.
• Curiosity to experiment with emerging AI technologies and turn them into useful
solutions.
The Profile
We’re looking for someone who can understand the technology, build with AI,
communicate it clearly, and improve how marketing gets done.
