FOUNDER INTERN – 3-MONTH UNPAID INTERNSHIP

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Vedanta Mobility is seeking ambitious Founder Interns to work closely with the founding and leadership teams across Legal, AI/ML, Business & Strategy, Administration, Accounts, Operations, Coordination, and Consulting.
This is a multidisciplinary internship offering hands-on exposure to real-world startup operations, deep-tech development, legal and regulatory research, AI/ML projects, international mobility initiatives, and strategic execution.
Depending on the selected track, interns may contribute to projects involving India, Finland, Luxembourg, the UAE, and other international mobility ecosystems.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Current students and recent graduates from Law, Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Prior professional experience is not mandatory. Academic projects, research, portfolios, technical work, leadership experience, and demonstrated initiative will be considered.

🏆 PERFORMANCE-BASED CASH ALLOWANCE / PRIZE
After successful completion of the 3-month internship, selected high-performing interns may be eligible for a performance-based cash allowance or prize, based on individual contribution, project outcomes, initiative, innovation, and overall evaluation.
The amount and nature of the award will be determined by the company.
📜 INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE
Interns who successfully complete the 3-month internship and assigned responsibilities will be eligible for an official Internship Completion Certificate from Vedanta Mobility, subject to satisfactory performance and completion requirements.
💼 PRE-PLACEMENT OFFER (PPO)
High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance, quality of work, skills, ownership, reliability, and available organizational roles.
A PPO is performance-based and is not guaranteed solely by completion of the internship.
🚀 REGULAR / CORE TEAM OPPORTUNITY
Exceptional interns may be considered for opportunities to join the regular or core team of Vedanta Mobility after the internship.
Such opportunities depend on performance, available positions, role requirements, mutual suitability, business requirements, and applicable laws.
For candidates requiring immigration authorization, visa, work permit, relocation, or other immigration arrangements for an international role, associated immigration costs may need to be borne by the candidate unless separately agreed in writing by Vedanta Mobility.
Any employment opportunity will be subject to a separate employment agreement and applicable legal requirements.
INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE
Based on business requirements and individual performance, selected interns may receive exposure to projects involving Finland, Luxembourg, the UAE, India, and other global mobility ecosystems.
International travel, relocation, overseas employment, or immigration sponsorship is not automatically guaranteed and remains subject to eligibility, project availability, business requirements, and applicable regulations.
