🔧 Job Role – Field Service Engineer
We are looking for fresh Diploma / Engineering graduates who are interested in building a career in the medical imaging and healthcare technology industry.
Selected candidates will receive structured technical training and hands-on exposure to CT and MRI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and commissioning of CT and MRI equipment.
Learn and perform preventive maintenance under guidance from senior engineers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with support from the technical team.
Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical assistance.
Assist senior engineers during equipment breakdowns and repairs.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic system testing.
Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with the central technical team for troubleshooting and technical support.
Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service guidelines.
Communicate professionally with customers at hospitals and diagnostic centres.
🎓 Eligibility
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
Electronics & Communication (ECE)
Electrical & Electronics (EEE)
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Other relevant technical disciplines
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with a strong interest in medical equipment / healthcare technology are preferred.
Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, or troubleshooting will be an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Ability to work independently after training and guidance.
