We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Lead to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in SAP FICA functional areas, demonstrating a strong ability to provide technical support and lead projects effectively.
This role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICA functionalities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP FICA functional team in delivering high quality technical support and solutions. Analyze and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICA functionalities. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP FICA processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in SAP FICA implementations. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Conduct training sessions for end users and stakeholders on SAP FICA functionalities. Stay updated with the latest SAP FICA trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience in SAP FICA functional areas.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage technical support teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in project management and delivery.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI). Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Certifications in SAP FICA or related areas.
