We're Hiring: Sr. Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) | Mohali
Position: Sr. Business Development Executive
Experience: 1 Year or Above
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Location: Mohali
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through multiple channels and platforms (not limited to Upwork).
Utilize multi-channel strategies including LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, referrals, bidding platforms, and partnerships to drive growth.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction.
Manage proposals, negotiations, and deal closures independently.
