What We're Looking For:
🔹 MBA/PGDM in HR or a related discipline
🔹 6-10 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations, HRBP, or Employee Engagement roles
🔹 Strong expertise in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Retention Programs
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and insights
