Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate Hiring) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, and other real estate-focused positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and design effective hiring strategies. Day-to-day activities include using job portals and social media platforms to attract candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining recruitment reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and helping to refine hiring processes to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Experience hiring for real estate roles such as sales executives, property consultants, site staff, and support functions.
Proficiency with job portals, professional networking platforms, and social media tools used for recruitment.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, recruitment metrics, and compliance with relevant employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or sales hiring is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a candidate-centric approach to the hiring process.
