Role Description The Aptitude Trainer | Semester Training Project is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. This role involves planning and delivering aptitude training sessions for students, including quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal skills, aligned with semester curricula and institutional requirements. The trainer designs lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments, and provides constructive feedback to help learners improve their performance. Daily responsibilities include classroom teaching, doubt-clearing sessions, progress tracking, and coordination with academic and corporate training teams to ensure consistent quality. The trainer may also support workshops, seminars, and placement preparation activities as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills to deliver structured aptitude classes and workshops.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to manage learner and institutional expectations and support program enrollment where required.
Solid knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to create practical examples and assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in mathematics, engineering, business, or related fields is an advantage.
Experience as an aptitude trainer, test prep instructor, or faculty for campus placement training is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, manage classroom time effectively, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Proficiency with basic digital tools (presentations, spreadsheets, learning platforms) to support instructional delivery and reporting.
