Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cloud Engineer role based in Madurai. The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to support scalable and secure applications. Daily responsibilities include provisioning and configuring cloud resources, maintaining Linux-based servers, optimizing databases, and ensuring high availability and performance of services. The role also involves collaborating with software development teams, automating deployments, monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to infrastructure documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Software Development, including coding, debugging, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Experience with Infrastructure management, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and automation.
Hands-on expertise in Cloud Computing platforms and services, focusing on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
Proficiency with Linux administration, shell scripting, and system performance tuning.
Practical knowledge of Databases, including setup, maintenance, optimization, and backup strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
