🚀 We’re Hiring – Technical Support Executive
Bytize Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. | Chennai
🔹 Experience: 1–2 Years
🔹 Role: Technical Support Executive
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Technical/Product/Application/Customer Support
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
SaaS / ERP / POS / CRM experience is an added advantage
Basic SQL, API, database or networking knowledge is a plus
Hindi/Telugu speaking candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 technical & product support
Troubleshoot customer issues through calls, chat and email
Resolve issues within SLA and coordinate with technical teams
Maintain issue records and follow up with customers
Identify recurring issues and share product feedback
📍 Location: Chennai
