Role Description The Photographer role at TGC Jaipur is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Photographer will be responsible for planning and executing photo shoots, capturing high-quality images for animation projects, marketing campaigns, training materials, and other visual assets. Daily tasks include setting up lighting and equipment, directing subjects, coordinating with designers and animators, and managing image selection and basic post-processing. The role also involves organizing and maintaining a digital photo archive, ensuring consistent visual standards, and collaborating with the creative team to align photography with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in digital photography, including composition, lighting, and camera operation.
Experience with photo editing and post-processing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Ability to collaborate with animators, designers, and other creative team members on visual concepts.
Good organizational skills for managing photo shoots, equipment, and image libraries.
Attention to detail, with a focus on image quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
Effective communication skills and the ability to take and implement creative feedback.
Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and adapting to studio schedules and production timelines.
Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, media, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a studio, media, or animation environment is an advantage.
