Lead TA Partner – Western EU
Poland, Inflancka office
Salary: 107,500 PLN to 153,300 PLN gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. Join our team as a Lead TA Partner and play a critical role in shaping and delivering our global hiring strategy. This is a highly strategic role for an experienced recruiter (5+ years) who thrives in complex environments, is deeply engaged with AI and emerging technologies, and is passionate about building high-impact teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor to WEST EU leadership, bringing deep market expertise, strong commercial awareness, and a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming talent and hiring. Your ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders will be key to driving successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas, with full ownership of delivery and outcomes
Partner closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, providing strategic guidance and market intelligence, particularly within AI and technology talent markets
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced tools, AI-enabled sourcing, and non-traditional channels
Act as a consultant to the business, challenging role design, level calibration, and talent strategy where needed
Provide stakeholders with regular updates, actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement while maintaining transparent and effective communication.
Drive a high-impact, efficient hiring process, ensuring speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience
Analyze ATS data regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and present actionable insights to stakeholders for better decision-making.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future-focused capabilities (AI, digital, and emerging skillsets)
Use data and insights to inform decision-making, optimise processes, and influence hiring strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation of the TA function, bringing new ideas and best practices
Elevate employer brand through strategic storytelling, executive-level engagement, and targeted market positioning
Qualifications
5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-market hiring (experience in Western EU countries is a great asset)
Strong experience hiring for technology, AI, or data-driven roles
Proven ability to operate at a strategic level, influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring decisions
Knowledgeable in predictive analytics and deep understanding of market dynamics, compensation positioning, and talent trends to drive strategy
Advanced sourcing capability, including use of AI tools, data insights, and creative talent mapping approaches
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and cost
Experience navigating ambiguity and leading through change
High adaptability to work across countries and regions outside of Western Europe
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
