Junior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of graphic design fundamentals, social media content creation, video editing, vector graphics, web/UI design, and modern AI-powered creative tools.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working across different types of digital media and is eager to learn, experiment, and grow as a designer.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging social media posters, banners, and promotional graphics, primarily for LinkedIn.
Create and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Canva while maintaining brand consistency.
Edit short-form videos, promotional videos, product videos, and social media content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Create basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Convert PDF and SLD/design files into clean, editable SVG/vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
Recreate, clean up, trace, and optimize existing graphics and illustrations when required.
Design website layouts, landing page sections, UI components, icons, banners, and other web design elements using Figma.
Create and maintain reusable design elements and components that follow the company's visual identity.
Use AI-powered creative tools to generate and enhance images, graphics, videos, backgrounds, concepts, and other media.
Explore new AI design workflows and tools that can improve the speed and quality of creative production.
Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
Collaborate with marketing, web, and other internal teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
Organize design files, source files, assets, and exported deliverables in a structured manner.
Required Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Figma
Canva
AI image/media generation tools
A good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and layout design is also expected.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, UI/UX, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in graphic design or digital media.
Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of social media design trends, particularly LinkedIn content.
Basic understanding of web/UI design principles and responsive design.
Familiarity with modern generative AI tools and workflows for creative production.
Ability to understand feedback and make design revisions quickly.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, adaptable, and willing to learn. You don't need to be an expert in every tool from day one, but you should have strong design fundamentals and be comfortable working across graphic design, video, web/UI, vector graphics, and AI-generated media.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work will be an important part of the selection process.
